Our Program
We strive to serve in ways that recognize every woman's uniqueness, acknowledging her personality, interests, gifts, and strengths, as well as her particular challenges and struggles.
Each woman's program services and activities will be individualized as much as possible, tailored to her personal and employment goals. Our hope is that each woman will learn to see herself and her purpose as God sees her, and that she will plant seeds that will enable her to flourish.

Mentors: Journey Partners
Relationships are the foundation of our program. Transformation happens through investment in relationships. The key relationship will be developed during mentoring.
Program participants will be matched to a small group of mentors, called a Journey Partner, who will walk alongside of her, providing encouragement, feedback, and connection to the community. There will be a number of opportunities to meet each other and and every effort will be made to ensure compatibility.
Small groups of 3-4 participants will meet regularly with a small group of mentors. Meetings and activities will be scheduled based on each group's preferences.
For particular situations where a participant may request to meet with a mentor one-on-one, she is welcome to make such a request.

Together on Purpose
We seek to individualize our activities as much as possible, therefore each woman will have the opportunity to develop her own learning plan based on her particular interests, strengths, needs, and goals.
Getting to know our participants starts with the application stage during which we will meet with each applicant to find out what her goals are, provide details of the activities and purpose of the program, and discuss mutual expectations.
All so that she cam make an informed decision about whether to participate in the program, and so she will have a sense of security and level of comfort in knowing specifically what our purpose is in working together.
We want to be sure our program is a good fit for each participant.

Self-identity: Child of God
We all know that having a sense of meaning, belonging, and purpose affects how we "do life" and how we handle the challenges that we all face at one time or another. We hope that our participants know that their value comes not from who they are, but from Whose they are... that she is a beloved child of God.
Being able to anchor her self-identity and self-worth in who she is to God, changes her understanding of her value and purpose. With this truth as her framework, her perspective on her life story becomes one of hope and strength because being so loved and wanted by God, shapes who she wants to be and how she wants to live out her life.
Through the application of Biblical principles in our program, and discussion-based topical Bible studies, we hope to encourage her to seek out God's purpose for her life.
