Services
The goal is to equip women to lay a foundation on which she can build a future that allows her to flourish, in life and work.
We do this through mentoring, life skills workshops, and workforce training.

Mentoring: Journey Partners
Relationships are the foundation of our program. Transformation happens when we invest in relationships with each other. One of the most impactful ways this happens is through mentoring.
Program participants will be matched to a small team of mentors, called Journey Partners, who will walk alongside of her, providing encouragement, feedback, and connection.
Small groups of 3-5 participants will interact regularly with a small team of 3 mentors/Journey Partners. Meetings and activities will be scheduled based on each group's preferences and may be a combination of in-person gatherings, online via Zoom, and text or phone calls.

Learning Circles
Our life skills workshops are Learning Circles where women learn from and teach each other. We believe everyone has something that they can learn and something they can teach.
Whether you are a program participant or a volunteer, you have life experiences, knowledge, talents, and skills that can be shared to benefit others.

Having access to necessary resources to help with life's challenges, developing healthy mindsets/attitudes, habits and possessing key skill sets, along with a strong supportive relationships can make the difference between struggling and flourishing.
Our workshops cover a wide range of topics, such as personal finance/money management, boundaries in relationships, being a successful tenant, and more.

Workforce Training
If a women is unemployed or under-employed, we provide trainings for finding a job, keeping a job, and gaining eligibility for promotions.

Since we all seek to have livable wage jobs, we guide women to build personalized pathways to being able to obtain self-sustaining employment. If she needs general education or specialized technical training, we help her create pathways to gain access to it and to the supports needed to be successful in completing it.
For those who don't know what kind of career would be best suited for her, we offer career guidance tools such as interest and strength assessments.
