We seek to individualize our activities as much as possible, therefore each woman will have the opportunity to develop her own learning plan based on her particular interests, strengths, needs, and goals.
Getting to know our participants starts with the application stage during which we will meet with each applicant to find out what her goals are, provide details of the activities and purpose of the program, and discuss mutual expectations.
The applicant can then make an informed decision about whether to participate in the program and whether it would be a good fit for her. We want her to have a sense of security and level of comfort in knowing specifically what our purpose is in working together with her.
