Mentors: Journey Partners
Relationships are the foundation of our program. Transformation happens through investment in relationships. The key relationship will be developed during mentoring.
Program participants will be matched to a small team of mentors, called Journey Partners, who will walk alongside of her, providing encouragement, feedback, and connection to the community. There will be a number of opportunities to meet each other and and every effort will be made to ensure compatibility.
Small groups of 3-4 participants will communicate regularly with a small team of mentors. Meetings and activities will be scheduled based on each group's preferences.
For particular situations where a participant may request to meet with a mentor one-on-one, she is welcome to make such a request.
